1. Overview
Finlytics is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how Finlytics handles — or more accurately, does not handle — your personal data. Our app is built on the principle that your financial information belongs to you and only you.
2. Data Collection
Finlytics does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal or financial data on our servers — we do not operate any. All data you enter into the app — including income, expenses, savings goals, and investment plans — is stored locally on your device using storage mechanisms provided by your operating system. We never receive it and have no access to it.
3. No Accounts Required
Finlytics does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, phone number, or any form of identification. There is no sign-up process. You simply open the app and start using it.
4. Offline Functionality
Finlytics is designed to work entirely offline. The app does not require an internet connection to function, and it does not send data to or receive data from any server. Your financial data is stored on your device and is never transmitted to us.
5. Third-Party Services
Finlytics does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any similar tools. There are no third-party cookies, pixels, or tracking mechanisms embedded in the app.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute any user data — because we never collect it in the first place. There is no data to share.
7. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device itself. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock to protect your information. Uninstalling the app removes its data from your device.
8. Device Backups
If you have device backup enabled (iCloud on iPhone, or Google backup on Android), your operating system may include Finlytics data in your personal device backup. That backup is stored in your own Apple or Google account and is governed by their privacy policies. We have no access to it. If you restore your device from a backup, or on Android reinstall the app with backup enabled, your earlier Finlytics data may be restored.
9. Children's Privacy
Finlytics does not knowingly collect data from children. We do not collect any data from anyone, regardless of age.
10. This Website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. It is hosted by Vercel, which, like any hosting provider, processes standard technical information such as IP addresses in its server logs in order to deliver the site.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Since we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
